At the heart of this strategy lies a profound commitment to training pathways that align with Victoria's ambitious goal of achieving net-zero emissions by 2045. The Clean Economy Workforce Development Strategy serves as a solid foundation, outlining 5 strategic priorities to drive the transition of the workforce. These include: a targeted skills model, flexible education and training, enhanced workforce planning and attraction, industry collaboration, and robust partnerships.

Through aligning training pathways and adapting to industry needs, Victoria aims to create a skilled and adaptable workforce that can thrive in the evolving clean economy sectors. The strategy's emphasis on collaboration and innovation will advance a vibrant ecosystem and help pave the way for a sustainable and prosperous future.
