'Tis The Season to Give With The Wishing Tree Appeal

Speedie Waste & Recycle is proud to continue supporting the annual Salvation Army Kmart Wishing Tree Appeal, a cause that helps spread holiday cheer to those in need.

As the festive season approaches, many families in Melbourne and regional Victoria face financial hardships, making it difficult to provide gifts for their loved ones. The Kmart Wishing Tree Appeal ensures that these families can experience the joy of giving and receiving, offering a lifeline during a time when community support is crucial.

Speedie Waste and Recycle’s involvement in this initiative highlights its commitment to corporate social responsibility, reflecting its core values of teamwork, giving back to the community, and making a positive impact.

Donating to the Salvation Army’s Kmart Wishing Tree Appeal is easy and can make a big difference in the lives of others. Gifts can be dropped off at participating Kmart stores across Melbourne, where specially marked donation bins are set up for new, unwrapped gifts suitable for all ages. Monetary donations are also welcome and can be made online or at Kmart stores.

This appeal is a wonderful way to give back and brighten the holiday season for those facing difficult circumstances. Speedie Waste & Recycle encourages everyone to contribute and help ensure that all members of the community feel supported and valued during the holidays.
